Many of you are betting on the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 but what do we know about the device? According to a recent report, the Note 7 (moder no.: SM-N930V) has underwent an AnTuTu benchmark test and the result of this test is now leaked. Apparently, the Note 7 will be running on Google’s Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system, which is not much of a surprise. However, what is surprising is the rest of its specs.
It will feature a 2560 x 1440 screen resolution and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip with Adreno 530 CPU. The device will come with two 2 cameras, 14 megapixel & 15 megapixel. As for Ram, it will consist of 4GB of Ram and a storage of 64GB. So what is surprising about the specs? Well, it is almost a copy of the Samsung Galaxy 7’s specs and we find it strange that Samsung chose to make it so. It doesn’t leave much space for motivation on to why get the Note 7 over the S7. There are only two minor differences between them other than their names. The Note 7 has 64 GB instead of 32, and one more megapixel extra on the primary camera.
Of course, there are things that might change such as Samsung releasing a different variant of the Note 7 with an Exynos 7420 chip but this is based on rumors still. The only thing that the Note 7 can include is a larger display as it has been traditionally released. Other than that it seems there are no major differences between the two. It is disappointing to see that the Note 7 becoming a replica of the S7 because we all were expect more from this device. We will keep you updated in regards to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7
